12-week individualised nutrition programme.
This is based on the information provided in the initial consultation form & analysis of your food diary. You will be presented with multiple options based on your agreed goals. The outlined strategies allow you to take ownership of your nutrition to improve health, performance, and recovery. These come in the form of a phased approach relating to your lifestyle, goals, or events. Alterations are made over the course of the programme based on the outcome of our communications.
