Advice, recommendations, and support are available throughout the entirety of a programme. You will have access to resources, email support, weekly video calls, and a clinical grade nutrition app.

Individualised nutrition recommendations incorporating your active lifestyle.
Recommendations based on the information provided in the initial consultation form & analysis of your food diary. You will be presented with overall recommendations based on your agreed goals and practical strategies on how to implement them.
Over four sessions you will learn to optimise high level nutritional targets, incorporate fuelling and recovery strategies around your physical activity, as well as learning ways to be flexible around food and less reliant on tracking.

Performance Nutrition Programme £495.00
12-week fully supported, in-depth, and individualised nutrition programme to support your active lifestyle.
Recommendations are based on the information provided in the initial consultation form & analysis of your food diary. You will be presented with options based on your agreed goals. The outlined strategies allow you to take ownership of your nutrition to improve health, performance, and recovery. These come in the form of a phased approach relating to your lifestyle, goals, or events. Alterations are made over the course of the programme based on discussions in the weekly check-ins.
